If you still have the app
Open Profile → Delete account and confirm. It takes effect immediately, and you do not need this page or anyone's help.
If you have already uninstalled it
Email us from the address your account uses — that is how we know it is yours — with the subject Delete my account.
If you signed in with Telegram and have no email on the account, say so and include your Telegram username instead.
Requests are actioned within 30 days, and normally much sooner. You will get a reply confirming it is done.
What happens the moment you delete
The account is closed straight away. From that second:
- You cannot sign in again with it. Google, Apple or Telegram will sign you in as a new, empty account rather than returning you to this one.
- You disappear from every group you were in — from the member list, from the timeline, and from the comments and reactions you left there.
- Nothing of yours is shown to anyone: not your meals or their photos, not your profile, not your conversation with the coach.
- Notifications stop, on every device you were signed in on.
- Your MCP address stops working, so any assistant you had connected loses access.
Groups you created are not deleted. They stay for the people still in them — you simply stop being one of them.
What happens to the data
It is retained, not erased. Deleting marks the account as deleted; the rows behind it — your meals, photos, messages and profile answers — are kept as they were rather than being removed from the database. That is what makes a deletion reversible: if you delete by mistake, or change your mind, email [email protected] from the account's address and it can be restored intact.
Nothing of it is visible or reachable in the meantime — not to other users, not through the API, and not to you until it is restored.
If you want it actually erased, say so in that email and ask for permanent erasure. That is a separate, manual step, it cannot be undone, and it is the only way the underlying data goes away.

Before you delete
There is no export step built into deletion. If you want a copy of your diary, ask for one before you ask for deletion.
